Cancelling

 

If you are unable to make the photo shoot or would like to cancel, please notify us at least 3 days before your booking. You can notify us via email or phone.

Refund Policy:

 

  • At least 3 days before the date of your booking you will receive a 90% refund
  • Less than 3 days before your booking, no refund will be issued
  • Cancellations during busy periods (Christmas, New Year, Half Term & Easter) must be done no more than 7 days before the booking.

 

Un-notified cancellation

 

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your photo session. Arriving late? This will be eating in to your photo session with your photographer. If you are running late please notify your photographer as soon as you can. Please be aware anything more than 30 minutes whilst not notifying your photographer will result in an un-notified cancellation and will be fully charged.

 

If you do not show up to the photo shoot at the time and place agreed, there will be no refund and the payment will go to the photographer.

 

If you have notified your photographer that you will be late and would like to extend your session there will be a £100/per hour charge.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

If you need to cancel and reschedule your photo session please give us 3 days notice prior to your booking via email or phone.

 

If you reschedule 3 days before your shoot, there will be no extra charge.

 

Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in a £50 charge

 

 

Additional Fees 

You will need to cover the cost of any additional fees associated to the activities you wish your photographer to shoot (lift passes, busses, food etc). You will not need to pay for the photographers lift pass.

 

 

Photo Copyright

Your Freeze Frame holiday photographer retains the copyrights to all the images. You have a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal use only. Your photos from your photo session may not be used for any commercial gain or profit.

 

 

Editing and photo policies

 

Your Freeze Frame photographer will chose the best images from the day and deliver the quantity sold in the selected package. The photographer will use colour correction and light editing tools to create the best images possible. They will not use photoshop to create heavy post-production editing that will alter the original image.

 

All photos will be delivered in a jpeg format. No photos will be given in a RAW format.

 

 

Liability Disclaimer

 Freeze Frame will not be liable for any damages, injuries or loss to any person or property involved in the services relating to the Freeze Frame services or website, including any acts or omissions by the Freeze Frame photographer.

 

 

Changes to Terms

Freeze Frame reserves the right to change, at any time, the content of the present Terms and Conditions.  

 

 

Acceptance of Terms of Service

 Your use of the Freeze Frame website and its photo shoot services shows that you agree to these Terms and conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service Conditions, please do not make an online booking through our website
